• In these Terms, reference to 'you', 'user' ,"End User", "learner" shall mean all the users who accessing all contents, using the services offered through petrasoftsolutions and 'We', 'us' and 'our services', " petrasoftsolutions sites" and /or " petrasoftsolutions" shall mean petrasoftsolutions and its affiliates.

We want you to know that we host educational and informational content, all of which is contributed and made possible by users like yourself. Generally we do not contribute, monitor, or delete content. This means that editorial control is in the hands of content provider/ course creator/vendor, who create and manage the content. We merely host/ provide a platform to access such hosted content.

• Please keep in mind that the content we host is for general informational purposes only, so if you need expert advice for a particular question such as medical, legal, or financial issues, you should seek the help of a licensed or qualified professional. We also include other important notices and disclaimers, so please read these Terms of Use in their entirety.

Definitions

• petrasoftsolutions/ petrasoftsolutions's services/ petrasoftsolutions sites: Petrasoftsolutions is working as an agent of an entity as well as a social learning platform between Content provider/ course creator and its end user who access or use its services. It includes all the websites, apps, product and contents.

• Vendor/Course Creator/Content provider: A user of an entity/ institution/ university using a petrasoftsolutions user id and creating courses, managing registrations, posting content and information and/or nominating others to post or upload content and information, is a Course Creator/Content provider.

• End User/learners/buyer: A user who subscribe or avail or access our services by user id, is an End User.

• Mobile application: Mobile application includes IOS, Android, and Windows application; through which user can access our services.

Overview

• The "petrasoftsolutions" is dedicated to encouraging the growth, development and distribution of essentially free/ paid multilingual content, and to hosting the full content for its end user/learner/buyer. Our role is to host some of the largest collaboratively edited reference content provided by its content provider for its user; However, we act only as a hosting service, maintaining the infrastructure and organizational framework that allows our users to build their career by contributing and editing content themselves. Because of our unique role, there are a couple of things you should be aware of when considering our relationship to you, the content provider and the other users:

Eligibility Criteria for using our services

• Please keep in mind that End user/buyer who are under the age of between 3 to 13 years are not allowed to access or use our services. They can use our services under parents/ guardian guidance.

 

Privacy Policy

• We ask that you review the terms of our Privacy policy so that you are aware of how we collect and use your information. Because our services are used by people all over the world, personal information that we collect may be stored and processed. Use of our License

• Subject to our "Terms of use", we grant you non-exclusive, non-transferable, personal license to use our service. User can download content from our services only for their personal, non-commercial use, until they obtain petrasoftsolution's written consent to use the content. Users advised that they will access, Log-in and/use only one user account, and will not share with any third party access to or access information for your own account.

 

Payment policy

• Paid Services: petrasoftsolution provide paid services for a fee. Unless otherwise stated, all fees are payable in Indian currency. User are responsible to pay all fees and applicable taxes regarding to service they have opt for.

 

Refund and Cancellation Policy

• For Petrasoftsolutions ERP Solutions - Non refundable. In case, there is a cancellation before use of the system has begun, we will refund full amount to End user/buyer after deducting the processing charges (if any).

 

Responsibilities of Parents/Guardian and Honor Code

• If in a case, the end user/learner/buyer is below 18 years of age, The Parent is solely responsible to know and understand all applicable local and state laws. The Parent also assumes full responsibility for selecting the courses/content of study needed to meet their ward's requirements for his or her state.

• The Parent/guardian has the primary responsibility for the education of the ward and is expected to guide, teach, and motivate him or her through each assigned course. The Parent/guardian must ensure that the student alone completes the assigned course work, and that assessments and exams are completed without the help of other individuals, books, notes or other aids as provided by the different selection of course chosen by the parent/guardian.

• Violations of Honor code:

  • If the User found in violation of Honor code, He/ She may be subject to following actions:

  • Termination of your right to use the course

  • Receiving no credit for the assignment or course

  • The certificate you have earned will be revoked/ cancel

  • Any further action will be taken at the sole discretion of Petrasoftsolutions members and course providers

• Changes in the honor code: We have a sole authority to make changes to our Honor Code policy as and when we think fit.

 

Responsibility of Password Security

• You are responsible for safeguarding of your own password and should never disclose it to any third party.

 

Trademarks, Copyright Restriction

• It is important that, we protect our trademark rights so that we can protect our users from fraudulent impersonators. All material on this site, including images, illustrations, audio clips, and video clips, are protected by copyrights, trademarks, and other intellectual property rights. You must not copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit or distribute such material in any way, including by email or other electronic means and whether directly or indirectly and you must not assist any other person to do so. • User will (a) protect petrasoftsolutions's information that is identified as confidential or that reasonably should be considered confidential; (b) use this information only to fulfill its obligations under this Agreement; and (c) promptly return to petrasoftsolutions or destroy this information when this Agreement terminates. User will not use any trademark, service mark, commercial symbol, or other petrasoftsolutions proprietary right; issue press releases or other publicity relating to petrasoftsolutions or this Agreement; or refer to petrasoftsolutions in promotional materials.

 

Disclaimer of Warranties

• All petrasoftsolutions websites, apps, products and any contents, services or any Intellectual Property contained on it, obtained or accessed through the site, are provided "As is" and without representations or warranties of any kind, either express or implied. specifically, but without limitation, petrasoftsolutions does not warrant that: (i) the information on this site is correct, accurate, reliable or complete; (ii) the functions contained on this site will be uninterrupted or error-free; (iii) defects will be corrected, or (iv) this site or the server(s) that makes it available are free of viruses or other harmful components.

• To the fullest extent permissible pursuant to applicable law, petrasoftsolutions, its officers, directors, employees, affiliates, suppliers, advertisers, and agents disclaim any and all warranties, express, implied or statutory, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of title, non-infringement, merchantability, and fitness for a particular purpose, and all warranties relating to the adequacy, accuracy or completeness of any information on petrasoftsolutions.

Termination the right of "End User/buyer/learner"

• You understand and agree that Petrasoftsolutions may, under certain circumstances and without prior notice to you, terminate your access to and use of our services. Cause for such termination shall include, but not be limited to, (a) breaches of the Agreement or other agreements or guidelines, (b) requests by law enforcement or regulatory authorities, or (c) technical difficulties. We hope you will stay and continue to use the Petrasoftsolutions, you can stop using our services though any time. In certain circumstances it may be necessary for either ourselves or the Petrasoftsolutions or its members to terminate part or all of our services, terminate these Terms of Use and block your account or access, or ban you as a End user/buyer/learner. If your account or access is blocked otherwise terminated for any reason, you may still access our public pages for the sole purpose of reading publicly available content on the Petrasoftsolutions. We reserve the right to suspend or end the services at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Even after your use and participation are banned, blocked or otherwise suspended, these Terms of Use will remain in effect with respect to relevant provisions.

 

Modifications

• Petrasoftsolutions may, in its sole discretion and without prior notice, revise these Terms of Use or modify it's related services and the revision shall be effective immediately on such posting.
